Slotzilla has opened with mixed reviews in downtown Las Vegas. Some think it will lure visitors from the strip to downtown, others think it is just an eyesore. You cannot argue that it completely changed the look of downtown Las Vegas. Until Slotzilla. The attraction offers two different rides, one for 20 dollars from the lower level and one for 30 dollars from the upper level. We could not get any official comments from Hotel owners inside the Fremont Street Experience but workers had not problem voicing displeasure with the attraction, calling it annoying and an eyesore.
This is just one more change in downtown that isn’t sitting well with Everyone. But this one cannot be blamed on Zappos. Zappos is an online shoe store that has totally taken over east Fremont.
