MGM Grand is a 4 star Hotel that is massive in size. It is the biggest casino in Las Vegas and also has the most number of rooms in Las Vegas. MGM ranks in the top 20 largest hotels in the world. What all that means is You are one of many thousands that will stay there and that is exactly how You will be treated.
Do not expect 4 star treatment from the hotel staff or especially the casino staff. MGM has the rudest workers in all of Las Vegas, just make a bet at the sports book to get a taste of it. I do not require very much service when I travel to Las Vegas so I will stay at MGM if the price is good but if You are the type of traveler that likes polite, prompt service, this is not the place for You.
