Las Vegas Club shut down at midnight, Wednesday, August 19, 2015

Will the name go away or stay? No word yet on that question.

 

Derek and Greg Stevens have purchased the Las Vegas Club which is located at north west corner of the Fremont Experience. Derek and Greg Stevens also own the Golden Gate and The D. The Las Vegas Club has not been renting rooms for a long time now and the casino is all but shut down, used mostly as a gift shop. The exact plans for the Hotel Casino have not yet been released but one could assume that it will be refurbished in the same manner that the two brothers did at the Golden Gate and The D. Owning three properties in close proximity will give the Brothers a big advantage over the rest of Downtown for renting rooms and running cross promotions.
